Information for artists that have been chosen for this show

The dimension required are minimum 4” X 6” (unframed) and maximum 18” X 24” (including frame).

You may submit up to 3 images, however not all pieces will be chosen.

Work must be from this year (2024-25) and must reflect the parameters of the call.

Submit artwork jpegs, bios and prices no later than APRIL 1, 2025

Submissions should include:

• 1-3 images (min. file 300 dpi and max. 3MB).

• Files must be labeled with your name, the title of the piece and year

• Title list correlating with images including materials and prices.

• Artist statement and brief biography, no more than 250 words each.

• Artists will be responsible for shipping both ways.

• Artist will keep 80% of sale and the BAC will receive 20%
